- Contact form data: When you submit our contact form, we store your name, email address, and message in our database (Turso) so we can respond to you.
- KairoBase waitlist: If you join the KairoBase waitlist, we store your email address to notify you at launch.
- Tool usage data: Most Knight Tools and DevTools process your input entirely in your browser (client-side JavaScript). We do not receive or store this data on our servers unless the specific tool states otherwise.
- Basic analytics: We may use standard analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g. page views, general location by IP). This data is not used to individually identify you.
2. How we use your information
We use the information collected to: respond to support and project inquiries; notify KairoBase waitlist members at launch; improve our tools and website; and comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Data such as contact messages and waitlist emails are stored in our Turso database. We take reasonable technical measures to protect this data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party infrastructure providers including Vercel (hosting and serverless functions), Firebase (authentication and realtime data for some products), Cloudflare (edge functions), and Turso (database). These providers may process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.
