These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Knight LTD website, its free tools (Knight Tools and DevTools), the KairoBase hosting platform, and any paid web development services provided by Knight LTD ("we", "us", "our"). 1. Who we are
Knight LTD is an independent developer platform operated from India, offering free browser-based tools and custom web development services. We are not a registered financial institution, bank, or government body.
2. Use of free tools
Knight Tools and DevTools are provided "as is" for personal and commercial use, free of charge. Most tools run entirely in your browser and do not transmit your input data to our servers unless a specific tool explicitly states otherwise (for example, an upload-based tool). You are responsible for how you use the output of any tool.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or its tools to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, including the admin panel or database; (c) upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others; (d) interfere with the normal operation of the site through scraping at abusive rates, denial-of-service attempts, or similar activity.
4. Paid services
Custom website and application development is offered as a separate paid service, quoted and agreed upon individually with each client, typically over email or Telegram. Scope, timeline, and payment terms for such projects are governed by the specific agreement made with the client at the time of engagement, and these Terms apply in addition to that agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. KairoBase (formerly KnightBase)
KairoBase is our free static-site hosting product, currently under active development. Its availability, storage limits, and feature set may change without prior notice while it remains in a pre-launch or beta state. We do not guarantee uptime for services in this stage.
6. Intellectual property
The Knight LTD name, logo, and the source code of our tools (unless separately open-sourced) are the property of Knight LTD. You may not resell, rebrand, or redistribute our tools as your own product without written permission.
7. No warranty
Our free tools and website are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You use them at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Knight LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, its tools, or its services.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
